       Premier Search Advisors, an executive search firm focused on providing superior executive search and human capital solutions to clients was founded in March of 2009 by Katie Frame. As the Managing Director and Founder of Premier Search Advisors, LLC, Ms. Frame’s approach to executive search combines her ability to tap into a deep network of relationships as well as a commitment to original research to ensure that her clients are provided with the best possible options for solving their executive search needs. She has a proven track record of leading successful searches and building executive teams across a variety of industries and functional specializations.

       Prior to founding Premier Search Advisors in 2009, Ms. Frame spent five years as an Executive Search Consultant with the world’s leading retained executive search firm, Korn/Ferry International in their Atlanta office firm where she helped organizations attract and recruit senior-level executives throughout North America. During her tenure at Korn/Ferry International, Ms. Frame teamed on a broad spectrum of over 140 recruiting assignments at the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer and senior and middle management levels. She performed work for multi-national, multi-billion dollar companies to pre-revenue start-up organizations with a concentration in Financial Services, Technology, Retail/Consumer, Industrial and Healthcare industries. Ms. Frame worked across a wide array of clients including: Wachovia, Revlon, TIAA-CREF, Earthlink, Avaya, H&R Block, Nokia, Vonage, SAP America and Lowe’s. She was a member of the Financial Officers Practice as well as the Information Technology Center of Expertise.

       Previously, Ms. Frame was in private wealth banking at Credit Suisse First Boston in Atlanta, Georgia. She began her career in sales with a boutique mutual fund company, Enterprise Capital Management, now a part of AXA Financial. Ms. Frame holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. She currently resides in New Orleans, Louisiana.
